After completing her training at the Sylvia Young Theatre School, the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and as a Trainee Resident Director at the King’s Head Theatre; Rebecca began assisting for the Royal Opera House and at Glyndebourne Festival Opera, where she continues to work as a Staff Director. Rebecca works internationally as an Associate Director to Keith Warner. Her debut short film My Neighbour Figaro was shortlisted as a finalist in the short film competition hosted by Opera Europa. In the Summer of 2025, Rebecca became the Creative Director of Red Pen Productions.

She is passionate about immersive theatre, creating innovative theatrical experiences and dynamic audience development in Opera. She speaks English and German.
